It's been quite a long time! New 168cm soft silicone head S20; Chloe arrived in early May. The new soft silicone head is nice, but there is a trade-off for the fantastic oral function, the eyes cannot freely move like the hard silicone head (the eyeballs for a soft head are semi-sphere shapes, the traditional design which can move and adjust, but not as convenient as those on the hard silicone head do). The hard silicone head S20 took a month to arrive, a miserable experience with UPS.
